Fauci said that one thing you wouldn't want to see is an emergency use authorization without any signal it's effective.<br />He added that premature use might make it more difficult for researchers to get people to take part in other vaccine trials.<br />His remarks come after a report said the Trump administration might give approval for the emergency use of a vaccine as early as September, before phase three clinical tests.<br /><br />
