A doctor removed an 18-centimetre-long pencil from a 7-year-old boy's stomach after he swallowed it in China.<br /><br />The video, filmed in the city of Zhengzhou in Henan Province on August 23, shows doctors using tools to take a long pencil out of the boy's stomach during surgery. <br /><br />After around four minutes, the pencil was removed successfully. <br /><br />According to reports, the boy swallowed the pencil by mistake when he was playing with it.<br /><br />The video was provided by local media with permission.
