A car smashed into a restaurant after a woman pressed accelerator by mistake in eastern China.<br /><br />In the video, captured in the city of Nantong in Jiangsu Province on August 21, a woman walked into a red car which was parked in front of a restaurant.<br /><br />However, the car suddenly moved forward and smashed into the restaurant through the glass doors.<br /><br />Fortunately, no one was in the restaurant when the incident happened.<br /><br />According to reports, the woman was about to reverse her car onto the road but pressed the accelerator by mistake.<br /><br />The case is being investigated by the police.<br /><br />The video was provided by local media with permission.
