태풍 바비 오전 6시 매우강 발달,... 서귀포 남서쪽 230km 진출<br /><br />Our starting point this morning is the most powerful typhoon of the year that is barreling toward South Korea.<br />The Korea Meteorological Administration says Typhoon Bavi will be pass west of Jeju between 9AM and 9PM this Wednesday with the maximum wind speeds of 47 meters a second.<br />The typhoon expanded in size overnight meaning it could affect even more of the country.<br />The typhoon will pass close to Seoul early Thursday.<br />By then it is expected to pack winds of 39 meters a second.<br />The KMA forecasts that it will drop 100 to 300 millimeters of rain on Jeju, and 30 to 100 millimeters on the rest of the country, including Seoul.<br />Local authorities are cautioning the public to watch out for typhoon damage.<br />
