A group of people caught a 5-year-old boy after he was thrown out of a burning third-floor flat by his mother in southwestern China.<br /><br />The heroic video, filmed in Yanshan County in Yunnan Province on August 28, shows a residential building being engulfed in massive flames and a mother holding her son out the third-floor window.<br /><br />The mother then threw her 5-year-old out of the window and a group of people holding a bedsheet under the building caught the boy.<br /><br />The mother then climbed down through the water pipe first before jumping off and being caught by the crowd.<br /><br />The crowd also caught another girl who jumped out of the window from the second floor to escape.<br /><br />When the firefighters arrived, no one was in the burning building. The fire was extinguished and no one was injured.<br /><br />The video was provided by local media with permission.
