태풍 '마이삭' 3일 오전 부산 접근…필리핀 해상서 북상중<br /><br />The ninth typhoon of the season, Typhoon Maysak, is approaching the Korean peninsula from waters off the east coast of the Philippines.<br />According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the tropical storm formed some one-thousand kilometers northeast of Manila at 3 PM Friday.<br />Approximate locations based on a 4 PM forecast show the typhoon will reach around 210 kilometers southeast of Jeju Island at 3 PM on September 2nd, next Wednesday.<br />Due to the typhoon's influence, rain is expected starting next Tuesday in both Jeolla-do Provinces and on Jeju Island, which will then expand nationwide, lasting until next Thursday.<br />
