SUBSCRIBE FOR NEW VIDEO #nonvegetarianrajwansh <br />First of all please subscribe my channel for latest NON-VEG dishes. <br />#kashmirimuttonroganjosh<br />#nonvegetarianrajwansh<br /><br />Recipe for 04 members- <br /><br />Ingredient – <br />250G Goat mutton with Nalli<br />1-Mace (javitri), <br />1-Cinnamon (Dal Chini), <br />2-Green cardamom (Hari Elachi),<br />1-Black Cardamom (Kali Elachi)<br />½ tsp Cumin seeds <br />1 Pinch Saffron<br /><br />1 tsp Salt, <br />1-2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, <br />1 tsp Ginger Powder<br />1 Pinch Asafetida <br />1/2 tb Fennel seed powder<br />1/4 tsp Turmeric Power,<br />1 tsp Pure Ghee<br />Lot of water<br /><br />Coriander Leaf, Mint leafs, Onion Rings & Lemon for Garnish <br /><br />PREPARATION METHODS- <br />• First take a bowl add Hing, Kashmir chili powder, ginger powder, fennel seed powder, water, mix it well. <br />• Second blend the cinnamon sticks, green cardamom, mace, cumin seeds. <br />• Third take a kadai or pan and heat the ghee then put black cardamom then meat pieces and cook it in a slow flame till meat is brown for 8-10 minutes.<br />• Forth add mixture of Hing, Kashmir chilly, ginger powder, fennel seed powder, salt and lot of water into the Kadai or pan.<br />• In last cook for 45-50 minutes on LOW FLAME till the meat is tender and add cinnamon sticks, green cardamom, mace, cumin seeds masala powder, saffron water & mix it well and cook for another 30-40 minutes LOW FLAME. <br /><br />FINALLY take a bowl and put the ""KASHMIRI –ROGAN JOSH MUTTON RECIPE"" and garnish with Coriander Leaf, Mint leafs, Onion Rings & Lemon and serve and enjoy.<br /><br /> <br />TIPS- <br />*** COOKED IN LOW FLAME FOR BETTER TASTE. <br />*** SAFFRON FOR AROMA AND COLOUR.<br />*** KEEP PATIENT AND ENJOY THE DISH. <br /><br />Thanks Friends- PLEASE VIEW, LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE<br />#kashmirimuttonroganjosh<br />#nonvegetarianrajwansh
