This is the cute moment some parents surprised their daughter with a new puppy.<br /><br />The footage, which was filmed in Toronto in Canada back in June, shows the daughter walk in and spots the tiny bichon frise.<br /><br />She immediately breaks down in tears of joy and scoops the tiny dog into her arms.<br /><br />The pup was named 'Forest'.
