Government has identified 6 universities where the risk of contracting COVID-19 is high. Higher Education Minister, Blade Nzimande, says they have not yet resumed teaching and learning for most students. But, Universities SA CEO, Ahmed Bawa, says there are plans in place and the institutions can still finish the academic year.
