Drivers were baffled when they saw a man riding a motorcycle modified to resemble a flying broomstick.<br /><br />The eccentric rider converted his scooter into a witch's's broomstick decorated with flashing lights. <br /><br />He was seen cruising along Beach Road in Pattaya, eastern Thailand, on Sunday evening (August 30).<br /><br />The rider, Papu Nu, 63, said he wanted to brighten up the area which has suffered a devastating loss of tourists during the Covid-19 pandemic.<br /><br />Papa said: ''Pattaya is stagnant. It's really sad. So I came up with an idea that I could do something to add colour to the city.<br /><br />''I made this wizard motorcycle myself to cheer people up.''
