A severe thunderstorm brought heavy rainfall to central Oklahoma on Monday, August 31, causing flash flooding.<br /><br />The National Weather Service issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning and Flash Flood Warning for the area, and has expected one to two inches of rain along with 60 miles per hour wind gusts.<br /><br />Intense lightning also hit Norman, Oklahoma.
