A car smashed into an outdoor dining area, injuring four in northern China.<br /><br />The terrifying video, shot in the city of Langfang in Hebei Province on August 28, shows a car suddenly speeding into diners sitting around an outdoor table.<br /><br />Four people were injured while a car and a three-wheel mobility scooter were damaged.<br /><br />Police arrested the motorist and temporarily detained the car.<br /><br />The motorist reportedly had no driving licence and was driving under the influence.<br /><br />The case is being investigated, reports said.<br /><br />The video was provided by local media with permission.
