A team of patrolling National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) workers rescued two men drowning in the flooded part of the eastern Indian city of Bhadrak.<br /><br />Footage, filmed on August 27, shows two NDRF workers dive into the floodwater and swim towards a man struggling to keep his head above the surface.<br /><br />The pair then help the man climb onto the raft as another man is heard wailing in shock. <br /><br />The area was submerged following heavy rainfall.
