Starting by facing forward, he grabs hold of his head and rotates his neck before he manages to swivel his whole face backwards. <br /><br />Sameer Khan, who is now 17-years-old, he been interested in such tricks since the age of seven.<br /><br />The uncomfortable video was recorded by Khan's friend Waqar Ali in Pakistani's capital Karachi on March 19, 2018.
