A dog that fell down a 60-foot-deep well in Tamil Nadu, southern India, was rescued after a three-hour-long operation.<br /><br />Nearby villagers in Madurai alerted a rescue team after hearing the dog barking loudly. <br /><br />The rescue team used a ladder to climb down and tied rope around the dog before lifting it out of the pit.<br /><br />This footage was filmed on August 30.
