School teachers and other demonstrators gathered in Manhattan’s Foley Square on Friday (September 4th) to protest the New York City Department of Education’s plan for re-opening public schools amid the coronavirus pandemic. <br /><br />The rally was organized by the New York City School Workers Solidarity Campaign.
