This is the dangerous moment more than a dozen construction workers were carried in a cart attached to a scooter in the city.<br /><br />Chi Nguyen said that she was on the way to the market in Vo Chi Cong, Vietnam, when she spotted the workers in helmets sitting in a small wagon pulled by a single scooter.<br /><br />She said: “I feel bad about their condition and it is dangerous to see because it looks like it can be broken at any time."<br /><br />However, she added that the men only work nearby so they must have been tired to walk the short distance.
