일본, 800 만명 태풍 '하이선' 피난 지시…14만가구 정전 피해<br /><br />After forcing up to eight million people in Japan evacuate, the 10th typhoon of the season, Haishen, is now fast approaching the Korean peninsula.<br />The storm is continuing to move northward after sweeping through Japan's Kyushu region.<br />The typhoon has already caused power outages in about 430-thousand homes there.<br />At least 21 casualties have been reported.<br />The storm has also prompted the suspension of public transport operations and more than 300 flights to and from Kyushu and Okinawa have been suspended.<br />
