태국 최고령 '할머니 하마' 55세 생일 파티<br /><br />Visitors and staff at a Thailand zoo gathered on Tuesday to celebrate the 55th birthday of their beloved hippopotamus.<br />Spectators sang happy birthday to her, as the grandma hippo came out to nibble on a special birthday cake made from fruit and vegetables.<br />Mae Mali is the oldest hippopotamus in Thailand.<br />She has far outlived a hippo's typical life expectancy of around 40 to 50 years.<br />The zoo says she gave birth to a number of offspring in her younger years, and her children and grandchildren are in other zoos across the country.<br />And that does it for today's edition of 'The World Now'.
