바이오엔테크 CEO "코로나 백신, 10월 중순 승인받을 준비될 것"<br /><br />U.S. drug giant Pfizer and German firm BioNTech are positive their own COVID-19 vaccine candidates could be ready for approval by mid-October.<br />Speaking to CNN on Tuesday, BioNTech's CEO said their vaccine is near perfect.<br />He said approval for emergency use will be granted quickly by regulators.<br />He further added antibody responses in both young adults and the elderly have proven to be strong with minimal side effects.<br />Pfizer and BioNTech plan to provide a hundred million doses of the vaccine, BNT162, by the end of this year, and up to one-point-three billion doses in 2021.<br />
