Vaccine makers have vowed not to cut any corners in the race to develop a treatment for Covid-19 .<br /><br />On Tuesday, nine leading US and European firms signed a pledge to maintain standards in testing.<br /><br />Signatories include Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline and AstraZeneca.
