Four people parked their car on a roadside and took pictures in the middle of the busy road in eastern China.<br /><br />The video, filmed in the city of Qingdao in Shandong Province on September 3, shows four people posing for pictures among the vehicles on a busy road.<br /><br />The vehicles were seen trying to change lanes to avoid them.<br /><br />Police contacted the car owner after receiving the report. But the car owner said he lent his car to his friends.<br /><br />Police fined both the car owner and his friends who took pictures on the road, reports said.<br /><br />The video was provided by local media with permission.
