日 정부 "후쿠시마 오염수 처리 결정, 남은 시간 얼마 없다"<br /><br />Despite concerns over releasing contaminated wastewater from the Fukushima nuclear power plant into the sea, Tokyo is likely to press ahead with plans, claiming time constraint as a major factor.<br />The Japanese government said there's not much time left to decide how to process the radioactive water emphasizing the sites for storing the wastewater would be full by August 2022.<br />Considering the two-year preparation period, they said it's now time to decide.<br />Controversies, however, have continued to grow after higher levels of other radioactive substances were found in the waste.<br />More conflicts are forecast as Japan has not consulted with neigboring countries including South Korea.<br />
