I'm Kim Jae-hee.<br />We begin with massive fires burning across the west coast of the U.S.<br />Devastating wildfires have covered the area with smoke, creating poor air quality and limiting search and rescue operations.<br />According to AP, the fires in three west coast states have led to the deaths of at least 33 people.<br />At least 10 people have been killed in Oregon, twenty-two people have died in California, and one person has been killed in Washington State.<br />This includes a one-year-old baby in the state of Washington, and a 13-year-old boy in Oregon, who died inside a car with his dog.<br />According to the U.S. National Interagency Fire Center, around one hundred fires burning in the three states have destroyed an area almost a fifth of the size of South Korea.<br />Smoke pollution from the deadly fires is also creating dangerously unhealthy air conditions.<br />U.S. President Donald Trump will visit California on Monday to be briefed on the latest situation<br />
