코로나•긴 장마에 주유소 폐업 속출…6개월새 70곳 문 닫아<br /><br />Many gas stations in South Korea have closed due in part to COVID-19 and the longest-ever monsoon season.<br />The number of gas stations in the country has been falling for the past 9 years, but according to the Korea National Oil Corporation, around 70 gas stations have closed in the past six months.<br />That is already close to the eighty gas stations that shut last year.<br />Gas stations sales from January to July fell almost 3 percent on-year.<br />The virus and the unusual weather have apparently meant more people stayed home,... which led to dwindling demand for gas.<br />
