A cheeky dog wandered across Corporation Road in Cardiff, Wales on Friday (September 11), holding up traffic, after it just couldn't wait to pee.<br /><br />Adam Tod, who caught the funny moment on his dashcam, told Newsflare: "Stopped at a crossing for a lady and her dog, they get most of the way across and the dog decides it's just got to pee! <br /><br />"Stopping the lady in her tracks, the dog will not budge despite its owner's attempts. The poor lady was mortified!"
