김정은, '수해복구 첫마을' 황북 강북리 찾아…인민군 독려<br /><br />North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has praised troops for their swift efforts to rebuild villages ravaged by recent typhoons and summer floods.<br />The regime's state media reported Tuesday that Kim visited Hwanghaebuk-do Province.<br />It's the first typhoon-hit area where all traces of damage caused by Typhoon Bavi have been cleared.<br />The report said it had been successfully re-built as a "a socialist fairyland."<br />Visiting typhoon-hit regions, Kim has been ordering complete reconstruction and restoration before the anniversary of the ruling Workers' Party's founding, which is October 10th.<br />
