Parts of northern Vietnam have been deluged with flash floods causing some villages to become partially submerged.<br /><br />Footage from Yen Bai shows the extent of the floods in the early hours of September 14.<br /><br />Many homes were swept away and some people were many were injured after 10 hours of flooding battered the area.
