The world's longest highway tunnel above 10,000 feet in northern India's Himachal Pradesh has been completed after 10 years.<br /><br />The 9.2 kilometre Atal Tunnel will connect towns Manali and Leh together and the structure took four years longer to complete than estimated.<br /><br />This footage was filmed on September 16.
