Flooding in Nigeria has displaced thousands of people in communities around the river Niger.<br /><br />Footage from a moving vehicle travelling in Kogi State on September 15, shows many low-lying buildings submerged in the river waters. <br /><br />The filmer commented: "Many villagers are homeless and stay on the road to earn a living from the fishes they caught from the river."
