A flat on the third floor of a residential building exploded in northern China.<br /><br />The dramatic video, filmed in the city of Mudanjiang in Heilongjiang Province on September 13, shows a huge ball of fire bursting out of a residential building.<br /><br />According to reports, the windows were shattered while the lifts and doors were damaged.<br /><br />The property management staff switched off the gas valve and firefighters carried children and elderly people out of the building.<br /><br />No casualties were reported and the case is being investigated.<br /><br />The video was provided by local media with permission.
