A new camp has opened shortly after a fire decimated Moria camp leaving 13,000 refugees and migrants homeless in Lesbos, Greece.<br /><br />According to reports, around 1,200 people have been moved into the Kara Tepe camp which is expected to house 5,000.<br /><br />There is a specific area for those who have tested positive for COVID-19 and everyone entering the camp is tested.<br /><br />Many refugees are reluctant to move in as they fear conditions will be no better than the Moria camp, reports said.<br /><br />This footage was filmed on September 17.
