A newly-built bridge in India's Bihar was washed away due to heavy rain, days before its inauguration. <br /><br />According to reports, rising levels of the Kankai river caused the bridge to collapse. <br /><br />Footage, filmed on September 18 in Kishanganj, shows the bridge partly under water.
