Party animals in the UK city of Nottingham ingored concerns about a second wave of COVID-19 to pack bars and pubs and mostly ingore social distancing on Friday (September 18th) night.<br /><br />Footage showed spirited groups largely paying no attention to the new measure banning groups of more than six as they danced in the street.
