홍콩 첫 의료용 대마초 카페 오픈…과자•음료 판매<br /> <br />A cafe selling cannabis-related products has opened its doors in Hong Kong.<br />Cannabis is illegal in Hong Kong, but the cafe is using CBD --a substance from the cannabis plant which is technically legal in Hong Kong-- as it has no intoxicating effects, but claims to have therapeutic qualities.<br /><br />"Hong Kong is actually one of Asia's most progressive cannabinoid markets, unlike other parts of the region - Australia, New Zealand, Singapore-- it's actually quite a progressive cannabinoid law in Hong Kong, so we can sell most cannabinoids in Hong Kong as foods as long as we don't have any THC in the products." <br /><br />The cafe offers a wide range of CBD products including not only coffee and biscuits, but also beer, fruit juice and even mooncakes.<br />Many customers were surprised but soon became open to the idea, citing the relaxing effects of the CBD coffee. <br />
