A toddler in London who lives with a rare condition that affects one in 32,000 has taken his first steps in an emotional moment for all involved.<br /><br />Three-year-old George Poch is pictured in Regents Park walking across a space of grass between family members.<br /><br />George suffers from Kabuki syndrome, meaning he has sight in only one eye low muscle tone problems with his lungs.<br /><br />Due to the effects of the condition he has previously been unable to walk but has made a lot of progress in a small amount of time.<br /><br />The National Organization for Rare Disorders describes Kabuki syndrome as: "a rare, multisystem disorder characterised by multiple abnormalities including distinctive facial features, growth delays, varying degrees of intellectual disability, skeletal abnormalities, and short stature."
