Indonesia's Jakarta prepares for floods as heavy rain struck the area, resulting in a rise in water levels on the Ciliwung River.<br /><br />Footage filmed on September 21 shows rapid water powering through a sluice gate at Katulampa dam in Bogor. <br /><br />The water level has raised to 220 centimetres and a Level 1 alert has been issued.
