A horse-riding protester nicknamed the "Dreadhead Cowboy" was arrested after galloping along the Dan Ryan Expressway in Chicago, Illinois, on Monday (September 21).<br /><br />Footage shows the man holding up traffic while being followed by motorcycles. Police patrol cars later gave chase before taking the rider into custody.<br /><br />The cowboy, identified as Adam Hollingsworth, reportedly broadcast the stunt online while claiming that ''kids' lives matter''.<br /><br />He claimed to have ridden his skewbald quarter-horse at multiple civil rights protests this summer. <br /><br />Reports said that Hollingsworth is a known activist in the Chicago community and had worked with Mayor Lori Lightfoot.
