Local people rescued a massive python from a coffee and tea estate in southern India's Karnataka.<br /><br />Footage from the village of Budimala in Virajpet, Kodagu district showed the rescue which took place on September 18.<br /><br />The video shows the python slithering amid the plants while two men attempt to restrain it. <br /><br />A person uses a snake catcher stick to secure its head while the other restrains the serpent's tail, allowing the animal to be restrained before being transported away from the village.
