Heavy rain brought a tide of garbage in the Indonesian capital of Jakarta on Monday night (September 21), that blocked up a major floodgate. <br /><br />The tide of rubbish accumulated at the Manggarai floodgate in Central Jakarta, as footage of cleanup efforts on September 22 shows heavy machines being deployed to clear the river.<br /><br />It was reported an estimated 328 tons of rubbish was retrieved from the canal during the initial cleanup.
