Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has been inaugurated in an unannounced ceremony that was not broadcast on television or radio.<br /><br />Footage filmed on September 23 shows what is believed to be Lukashenko's motorcade driving through the capital. Further footage shows a traffic jam after streets were reportedly sealed off.<br /><br />According to reports, several hundred were in attendance including senior officials and members of parliament.
