A customer found maggots crawling on a tray which was used to hold food at a steak house in eastern China.<br /><br />The disgusting video, filmed in the city of Taizhou in Zhejiang Province on September 20, shows several maggots on a wooden tray after a customer removed it from a plate of steak she was eating at Houcaller steak house.<br /><br />A man was heard saying: "We already removed one maggot." <br /><br />While another woman said: "There are so many maggots on the tray. Removing the tray from the iron plate."<br /><br />The Administration for Market Regulation has ordered the restaurant to shut down for rectification. The case is under further investigation.<br /><br />The video was provided by local media with permission.
