A man used a digger to smash a police car on a road in central China’s Luoyang on September 23.<br /><br />In the video, the arm of a digger was used to hit the bonnet of a police car repeatedly in the middle of a road.<br /><br />According to reports, a man named Zhao was driving a digger to another man Hu's house after they had a dispute over obligation, causing several damaged to vehicles on the way.<br /><br />After receiving a report, the police drove to the site to stop Zhao. However, Zhao deliberately used the digger to smash the police car.<br /><br />Police have arrested Zhao and the case is being investigated, reports said.
