Four people were killed after a two-storey building collapsed in Mohali, Punjab, India on Thursday (September 24). <br /><br />The building collapsed after the roof of a shop under construction on the second floor caved.<br /><br />Footage filmed on Thursday shows the collapsed building and local looking for survivors.
