Priyanka-Rahul detained: Police lathicharge on Cong workers

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Rahul Gandhi are sitting inside a police vehicle. After the Congress supporters didn't allow the vehicle to move, the police resorted to lathicharge. The leaders have now been taken away by the police.
