"We do not want a CBI probe Yogi ji...We want a judicial probe," a family member said. <br /> <br />The Special Investigation Team constituted by the UP Police to probe the Hathras rape and murder case also visited the victim's house today to record her father's statement. <br /> <br />"We were here to record the father's statement. He was not in a condition to give a statement today. We will come again tomorrow." <br /> <br />Regarding the CBI probe, he said while the probe has been recommended, the SIT will complete its investigation irrespective of it and submit its report.
