Newser reports three men in Philadelphia ordered food to go at the Golden Chinese/American takeout restaurant.<br />While they were waiting, they blew up an ATM in the establishment.<br />The explosive device they used damaged the ATM and the window, and knocked items off shelves behind the counter.<br />However, they were unable to wrest any cash from the machine's interior cash box.<br />The three then fled, one on a bicycle and the other two on foot.
