브라질 리우 카니발 100년만에 무산 위기<br /><br />Brazil is delaying its world-famous Rio carnival parade for the first time in over a century, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.<br />The event featuring tightly packed crowds dancing through the streets, draws millions of tourists from around the world every year.<br />But Rio's League of Samba Schools has indefinitely postponed the February 2021 event, saying the spread of the virus has made it impossible to safely hold the parades.<br />The last time the festival was suspended was back in 1912.<br />
