Around 70 people, including foreigners, were apprehended for not practicing social distancing at a 5-storey restaurant bar in Barangay Poblacion, Makati tonight (October 10).<br /><br />Partygoers are being released by policemen after getting P1K citation tickets from the city government of Makati.
