A VW Passat with the words 'Istana Negara' in Jawi on its number plate was spotted outside Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin's private residence in Kuala Lumpur at 5.52pm today. <br /><br />Barisan Nasional (BN) secretary-general Annuar Musa's official car was also parked outside the house.
